Stephanie is the best!  She is a highly experienced trainer who offers unique Pilates sequences designed for the beginner to the most advanced. I am an active woman in my 50s who recently developed hip issues. Stephanie listened to my concerns and has developed challenging workouts that have ultimately made me stronger despite my restrictions.  I have been working with Stephanie for over a year. She has consistently focused on my growth making sure I am getting the full benefit from each exercise. I leave her Pilates sessions with renewed energy and better posture.
