  • How often should I come?
    There is not a magic number but coming at least twice a week will show results quicker and benefit you more than once a week. Same as coming 3-4 times per week will create quicker change than a few days per week.
  • What if I have limitations or injuries?
    Limitations and injuries will always be discussed prior to beginning your Pilates training. The work you do will be accomplished by respecting your limitation or injuries while still finding avenues to improve your strength and becoming a healthier you.
  • What should I wear?
    Try to avoid lose flowy clothes. A shirt that is slightly fitted and tights are ideal so that the instructor can see your body movement. Men please no baggy shorts. Under Armour type fitted support shorts with gym shorts on top or slight fitted long joggers/pants. Bare feet or sticky socks, which ever makes you more comfortable
