Cancellation/No Show – there is a 24 hour cancelation policy that applies to all private and small group class clients

In cases of illness or emergency you are allowed one missed lessons/classes per calendar year with no penalty.  You must call or email the owner to request a waiver.  If a call is not received within 24 hours of the missed lesson/class the lesson/class will be charged.

All purchases and deposits are non-refundable.  Exchanges can be made for alternative packages.

All packages expire 3 months from purchase date except the unlimited monthly classes.

Returned checks for insufficient funds will be charged $25.  If the check is redeposited and returned again a fee of $40 plus the original check amount is due.  Future payments will require cash, paypal, zelle or venmo.
