Hi I'm Stephanie Eder

Owner of B3 Pilates

 I found Pilates after years of grinding out workouts and waking up feeling tired and sore instead of energized and strong.  Injury to my hip and shoulder lead me to Pilates and I fell in love.  So much so, I wanted to become a teacher so I could share this unique form of exercise that I look forward to doing and gave me results.  The positive change in my mentally and physically wellbeing has been remarkable. 

I have been in the fitness industry for 25+ years and Pilates has such a special place for me.   I have a B.S in Exercise Science and an M.S in Kinesiology from Indiana University.  I am a certified classical Pilates instructor and have the National Certified Pilates Teacher (NCPT/formally PMA) certification. I have studied under the mentorship of Lesley Logan and continue the tradition of teaching classical Pilates as a third generation teacher.  I have numerous certifications for group fitness techniques and personal training. I am currently studying Myofascial release and using it in combination with Pilates.
